Nestled in the historic quarter, the guesthouse boasts a convenient location just a short walk from Rabati Fortress. The spacious, soundproofed rooms, equipped with strong heating, allowed for a peaceful night's rest, especially welcomed during my October visit. The friendly hosts, Asia and Sergiej, were a delight to converse with, providing insights into local culture and history. Their hospitality extended to flexible hours for breakfast, which featured fulfilling options - I particularly enjoyed the plov. Amenities like a shared kitchen and complimentary wi-fi added to the practicality of my stay. the private courtyard provided secure parking for my motorcycle, which I greatly appreciated. While the prices are reasonable, the attention to detail and comfort present here is notable, making it an exceptional choice for travelers looking for good value without sacrificing quality. Whether you're visiting for one night or planning a longer stay while exploring nearby landscapes, Old Town Akhaltsikhe is a smart investment in your travels. I certainly hope to return.
